I build with care and pay close attention to the little details. For three years I have worked across a fintech web app, its admin app and its API. In my own time I fix everyday problems with small tools and automations.

Experience

Frontend Engineer, Kudy FinancialsJun 2023 – now

  • Split one codebase so it builds a separate site for Nigeria (2024) and the US (2025) next to the global site, on AWS S3, CloudFront, ACM and Cloudflare. Built sign-in that carries users between the sites, and wrote the runbook for adding a country.
  • Built a shared UI library for the web app and the internal admin app, with typed builds and automatic releases, from v1 in 2024 to v3.6.
  • Moved the web app from JavaScript to TypeScript (0% to 100% of files), from Create React App to Vite, and to Tailwind v4 and React 19 while features kept shipping. Moved the public pages to Astro so search engines can read them.
  • Work across the web app, admin app and Node.js API: an audit trail for transaction changes, server-side user preferences, payout and tax fixes, and a Telegram exchange-rate bot.
  • Run releases, review frontend changes, and trace production issues with Sentry and Datadog.

Contract Engineer, Chasebig LimitedApr – Jun 2026

  • Turn Up, a live nightlife booking app: took over development and fixed and built on Stripe Connect payouts to venues, phone sign-in, and booking and check-in rules, across Flutter, Next.js dashboards and Firebase.
  • Eko International Market: built the fulfilment and operations tools: shipment tracking, disputes, admin analytics and exports, stock held during payment, and buyer and vendor messaging.

Freelance2024 – now

  • Sites and web apps for ADEK Properties, Hadassah Honey Hub, Biba's Treats, Tobey Okafor (edited through a CMS), Emora SmartMatch, and a church membership, attendance and giving system.

    Projects

    • Teaching transcripts. Transcribed over 3,000 of my pastor's recorded teachings with MacWhisper, then cleaned and saved them to Google Drive with Gemini File Processor, a batch tool I built.
    • Self-hosted automation. My own n8n on a VPS with Docker and Traefik, running 22 workflows, including my church's weekly reports over WhatsApp and Telegram.
    • Mac and browser tools. MicMuteBar and a WhatsApp unread counter, both Swift menu bar apps, and Spotify Notifications, a Chrome extension on the Web Store.
